Cannot login to Tempo Box

Hi, I recently installed Content Server 16.2.5 with Java 8 Update 162, Tomcat 8.0, Appworks Gateway 16.2.1 and Content Service 16.1.2. All has been configured and setup OTDS resources. Appworks Gateway and OTDS run on two different machines.

When I try to log in on Tempo Box(Content server>Personal Tab>Tempo Box) I just get the login page and when I enter the same user that is logged in on the Content Server instance, I get "Server.Domain:Port Says: Authentication Failed".

After I Migrated External users to OTDS, I can log in to Tempo Box with an external account. But Internal accounts does not work.

Can you assist please?
