Single sign on is not working

We are using Appworks Gateway version 1.2.1 ( 16.2.1 ) and deployed the TempoBox , The single sign on is configured but only works for the content server and is not working on the Tempobox. I checked and found patches for the content service and tried them but with no luck.
Any help will be much appreciated .

Tempo doesnt suppport SSO.
Apparently it has an KB ID:KB557994
