Hello, I was wondering if anybody can assist me with the following:

When adding a Content Server under OTAG server –> Trusted Servers –> Generate Key –> Add New, I get a HTTP Status 500 - Internal Server Error.

I am able to login to the Content server directly using the otag user.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
Pradeep

The Catalina.log file displays the following

Hi Pradeep,

Are you able to login with Content Server users to OTAG?

Do you have the following setting under <GlobalNamingResources> section of <TOMCAT_HOME>\conf\server.xml
<Resource auth="Container"
factory="com.opentext.otag.auth.CSIdentityServiceFactory"
name="otag/IdentityService"
type="com.opentext.otag.auth.IdentityService"/>

Regards, Andre

Hi Pradeep,

I had exactly the same error message. The following forum post provides the solution.
https://developer.opentext.com/awd/forums/questions/1130418/trusted+server+cant+be+set

Basically the user you are logged into OTAG doesn't have admin rights in CS to set the key.

Cheers,
Markus
